We’re RareKind, a London-based art and design studio specialising in murals, signage, and installations that transform environments. We work with architects, property developers, brands, and cultural institutions to enhance residential, commercial, and public spaces through creativity.

Our Work

RareKind creates custom artwork, murals, signage, and installations for clients in property, retail, hospitality, and public realm projects. From concept to production, we deliver creative direction and design solutions tailored to apartments, workplaces, hotels, and large-scale environments.

Highly experienced in Art direction, Design Development, Art direction, Production and Installation, our studio collaborates with a global network of highly skilled and accomplished artists across multiple disciplines including sign writing, illustration, graffiti, murals, fine art, graphic design and sculpture.

Filter Projects :

Sciopolis – Imperial College

A building-wide exterior artwork for Sciopolis at One Portal Way, transforming all four elevations through connected forms, brand colours, sculptural signage and large-scale hand-painted design.

Arsenal – Champions 2026

A large-scale painted installation created for Arsenal across the Danny Fiszman Bridge at Emirates Stadium. Spanning approximately 65 metres, the artwork transformed a key stadium arrival point with the inclusive message, “This Belongs To All Of Us.”

Factory Estate.

Factory Quarter is a pair of large-scale murals created for Notting Hill Genesis at Warple Way, Acton. Inspired by plants selected through community engagement sessions and informed by David Samuel’s ongoing exploration of connection, the artworks transform two prominent blank façades into vibrant landmarks. Combining botanical forms with abstract squares, circles and flowing yellow lines, the murals celebrate the relationship between people, place and nature while contributing to the evolving identity of the estate.

Grapht Works – Imperial

Grapht Works is an industrial estate in North Acton, West London, undergoing a wider transformation and rebrand. As part of this evolution, RareKind was commissioned to design and produce a series of large-scale unit numbers, directional graphics and custom road markings across the site.
The project combines practical wayfinding with bold environmental graphics, helping improve navigation, visibility and pedestrian awareness while contributing to the estate’s new visual identity. Through colour, typography and large-scale interventions, the work transforms functional surfaces into part of a cohesive placemaking strategy for the development.

Bush Industrial Estate – Telsar

Large-scale mural by David Samuel for Telsar in North Acton transforms 65m wall with flowing abstract forms and brand-inspired colour palette.

LN2 at Imperial Collage

David Samuel of RareKind has crafted a stunning mural for LN2 Cafe at IHub in White City's Imperial College Campus.

One West Point

RareKind were asked to become the Art and Creative Directors for the highly anticipated residential development, One West Point, located in North Acton. With four buildings spanning 111 floors, expansive foyers, and beautiful gardens, RareKind was presented with an abundance of space to showcase their creative prowess.

Park Royal Works

David was asked by the Mileway group to produce a bespoke piece of artwork on their large east facing wall. He jumped at the chance and painted this floating circle with shadow.

HS2 Conveyor

RareKind and Park Royal-based artist, David Samuel, has been commissioned by SCS to produce a 35-meter long artwork called "Flow".

Clayworks

Holiday Inn Express

Holiday Inn Express collaborated with David on the design of their fascia overlooking North Acton Square.

Excelsior Studios

RareKind, being located in North Acton and a tenant at Excelsior Studios, has had the opportunity to create murals and hand-painted signage for some of the studios in the industrial estate.

RareKind was tasked with creating an interior mural for HomeWork's Fulham space.

Ealing Arts Manifesto

RareKind is a creative agency that was hired by The London Borough of Ealing to create an Arts Manifesto for them. The agency was tasked with designing and producing the entire document, from the initial branding and logo design to the selection of typefaces, layout, and the creation of illustrated town names and headers.
