The Greenway

Project

Iconic Offices wanted to transform their six-story co-working hub, The Greenway in central Dublin, into a vibrant, design-forward environment that could support productivity and enhance user experience.

Process

RareKind overhauled the building’s interiors by developing custom branding for the in-house café and designing a series of colour-coordinated murals and artworks across each floor. Wayfinding was integrated directly into the artwork to aid navigation and visual consistency.

Outcome

The Greenway is now a fully immersive and energised workspace that merges form and function. Art and branding work hand-in-hand to create an uplifting atmosphere that reflects the building’s ambition and the creativity of its occupants.
