Iconic Offices sought to transform The Masonry, a 70,000sq.ft building in Dublin, into a vibrant co-working space that seamlessly blends historical architecture with contemporary design.

Process

RareKind was commissioned to develop and produce branding for both the office space and the in-house café. Additionally, an exclusively Irish team of artists was assembled to create large-scale artworks and way-finding elements throughout the six-floor building, ensuring each space had its own unique character while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.

Outcome

The Masonry now stands as a dynamic workspace that honours its architectural heritage while offering modern amenities, with art playing a central role in defining its identity and enhancing the user experience.
